This spacious, charming tropical vacation rental is made for you and your family with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. The floor plan has a large, comfortable living room that opens up to the dining room and kitchen. There are three bedrooms, two spacious bedrooms with king size beds and a queen bed in the third room.

While you are ideally located in the quiet residential area of north beach, you are within walking distance of Pier 60, restaurants, marina and shopping. Private parking, outside porch, beach chairs, beach towels and a gas grill will make your stay a home away from home. Trolley service goes by the house every 30 minutes to all beach activities, shops and restaurants, as well as other local beaches. Air conditioning, cable, smart TV & wireless internet access provide comfort for your stay. The Clearwater family aquatic center is located just down the street where there is an olympic size pool with attached children's play area with slides, squirting water jets and waterfalls - plenty of room for sunbathing, large umbrellas for shade and family picnic areas. Ask us for free passes to the pool. Tennis and pickleball courts are located less than a mile from the property.
